We have a huge collection of fabrics from leading design houses and the expertise to select the right type of fabric for your project. We can help you pull together fabric, wallpaper, trimmings and paint to go with existing furnishings or start from a whole blank canvass.
Making of bespoke soft furnishings
The making of curtains, blinds, cushions and other soft furnishings tailored to your exact requirements. Working with leading design houses, coupled with our years of experience, we are well placed to guide you through the use of the best fabrics for your soft furnishings.
Bespoke Upholstery
Our upholstery team have years of experience in the industry. From a cherished family piece that needs some care, to bespoke individually made headboards to you exact requirements, anything is possible.
Integration of window treatments into your home automation system
Would you like to operate your window treatments at a touch of a button?
We can integrate into existing home automation systems or use standalone motorised options working with TrackFits our industry partner.

Visit our studio
Our Studio @ 224 is appointment only so it all starts with arranging a complimentary 1 hour consultation to discuss your project.
During your design consultation we will explore your requirements and take you on a journey through our pattern library to find some fantastic options for your project. This is also an opportunity to start discussions on new or larger projects or it maybe all that is required to choose fabrics, trims and hardware. We would then prepare your personalised quotation for your approval.
Window dressing or Upholstery design service
Emma will visit your home to discuss and measure your windows and upholstery. Emma will then invite you to the Studio @ 224 to look at design scheme options that have been curated for you or if it works better for you, she will revisit you in your home.
We do encourage all design clients to visit the Studio to be able to enjoy a wide range of samples and example window dressings on display.
